Molly is dressing up as Mulan for Halloween this year so we went to the Chinese Cultural Center today to get some accessories for her costume. As long as she doesn't throw a last-minute fit about wearing the hat (which is very likely) she's going to look so awesome! They have a really pretty garden and coi pond there too, so the kids played there for a few minutes before we got down to serious Oriental shopping.

Aren't people Chinese and things are Oriental? I thought since I was buying trinkets that would mean I was buying Oriental things...I don't know!
No, you spelled Chinese "Chines" at the top of your post. I don't know about the rest of it - I just know they all look alike to me.
